Credit Card Processing Company Charges

The credit card processing company will charge the following non-refundable fees for payment with your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card:

Business Licenses and Certificates of Use: 

A non-refundable service fee of 3.20% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date July 2026).

Permits:

A non-refundable service fee of 3.20% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025).

Property Leases. Assessment, Lot Clearing, Annual Waste, Special Pick-ups, False Alarms, and Misc. Invoices: 

A non-refundable service fee of 2.40% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Community Recreation Fees, including Tennis, Golf, Youth Center, Adult Activity Center, Summer Camps, Rentals, Country Club and other Miscellaneous fees: 

A non-refundable service fee of 2.99% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Parking Fees, including Pay-by-Phone and Pay Stations: 

A non-refundable service fee of $0.25 cents per transaction will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Parking Permit Fees: 

A non-refundable service fee of $1.05 per transaction for Residential Parking Permits will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025). 

A non-refundable service fee of $3.15 per transaction for Monthly Parking Permits will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025).

Lien Searches:

A non-refundable service fee of 2.75% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025). 

Notice of Commencement:

A non-refundable service fee of 3.70% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025). 

Passport Services:

A non-refundable service fee of 4.00% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025).

Property Registry Services:

A non-refundable service fee of 4.00% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025).

Lobbyist Services:

A non-refundable service fee of 4.00% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction (expected effective date September 2025).
