Credit Card Processing Company Charges

The credit card processing company will charge the following non-refundable fees for payment with your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card:

Business Licenses, Certificates of Use, and Permits: 

A non-refundable convenience fee of 3.20% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Property Leases. Assessment, Lot Clearing, Annual Waste, Special Pick-ups, False Alarms, and Misc. Invoices: 

A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.40% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Community Recreation Fees, including Tennis, Golf, Youth Center, Adult Activity Center, Summer Camps, Rentals, Country Club and other Miscellaneous fees: 

A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.99% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Parking Fees, including Pay-by-Phone and Pay Stations: 

A non-refundable convenience fee of $0.25 cents per transaction will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Parking Permit Fees: 

A non-refundable convenience fee of $1.05 per transaction for Residential Parking Permits will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

A non-refundable convenience fee of $3.15 per transaction for Monthly Parking Permits will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Lien Searches:

A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.75% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction. 

Notice of Commencement:

A non-refundable convenience fee of 3.70% of the invoice amount will be applied to each credit card transaction.
