Additional Information

We do not provide fingerprint services for Immigration, Department of Financial Services, Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco and the Agency for Healthcare Clearing House (AHCA)

• A fingerprint card should be supplied by the agency requesting fingerprints. Please do not fill out any portion of the fingerprint card until instructed by the Fingerprint Technician.
• Please verify with the requesting agency what type of fingerprint method the agency requires prior to the request for fingerprint service from the Coral Gables Police Department.
• All electronic fingerprints require an ORI number (Origination Agency Identification Number).
• If your fingerprints are rejected and the requesting agency asks you to get reprinted, you must bring your original receipt and the rejection letter stating why your fingerprints were rejected.
• Electronic fingerprints can only be sent within the State of Florida.
