Miami-Dade County has authorized sewer line work to begin for the Fire Station 4 construction project, located at 1345 Sunset Drive. The work is anticipated to begin in September and should last a few weeks. The work will impact Sunset Drive, westbound only, between SW 54th Avenue and SW 53rd Court. Eastbound traffic will remain unaffected, however, westbound traffic will be detoured around the construction zone. Residents are encouraged to drive with caution and pay attention to detour signs and officers directing traffic.
