The new Development Service Center at 427 Biltmore Way, next door to City Hall, will be a one-stop shop for all permitting, code enforcement, planning and zoning needs.

The new facility will allow the Building Department to modernize its systems and allow for all-electronic submittals, including the processing of digitally signed and sealed plans for all permits. As part of our effort to reduce the use of paper, hard copies of plans and applications will no longer be accepted after moving to the new facility.
