Among a list of the 14 best suburbs in Miami recently published by Home Stratosphere, an award-winning interior design, home décor and architecture magazine, Coral Gables was atop the list as the best suburb to live in. This designation was based on median home value and nearby public and private schools.
“Coral Gables' beauty, walkability and sustainability is what makes the city the best suburb in Miami to live and work," said Belkys Perez, the city’s director of Economic Development. “Today, residents and businesses base themselves in the City Beautiful, where they feel safe and can enjoy amenities such as a walkable downtown, access to top restaurants and shops, grade A schools and more."
