In celebration of Women's History Month, four Coral Gables-based executives will be profiled on the city's LinkedIn and Instagram pages every Friday in March. Their inspiring leadership styles and valuable insights set the example for excellence in the City Beautiful.

The 2024 series features Donna Abood, principal and managing director at Avison Young, Christine Barney, CEO of rbb Communications, Aileen Ugalde, senior vice president and general counsel at the University of Miami and Alex Villoch, CEO of the Baptist Health Foundation.
