The city recently hosted a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate the opening of the newly renovated Birdie Bistro. The popular neighborhood restaurant shares a space with the Granada Pro-Shop which has been a staple of the historic Granada Golf Course for over 50 years. The event welcomed more than 200 residents and visitors to celebrate the highly awaited re-opening of this Coral Gables staple. Birdie Bistro, located at 2001 Granada Blvd., is open every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is closed on major holidays.
