The purpose of Mayor Vince Lago’s Listening Tour aims to build a more inclusive and open government by enhancing civic engagement, listening to community concerns and suggestions to help shape the future of Coral Gables. The approach of the tour included:

• Setting up community meetings with Coral Gables residents, neighborhood associations, business and civic organizations and community stakeholders with the objective of listening to all concerns and feedback from May 1. 
• Launch a community survey for residents and the business community. The survey opened from May 1st- August 13th. The survey has now closed.
• Residents, neighborhood associations, business community and civic organizations can submit ideas and feedback via email: Ideas@coralgables.com
