This section may be used if you wish to request a date during which to host a ribbon cutting event. In order to receive said date you must follow the instructions listed in the Ribbon Cutting Checklist that will be sent to you upon completion of this form. A representative from the Mayor's office will contact you to assist with coordinating the event.
