For ribbon cutting request

This section may be used if you wish to request a date during which to host a ribbon cutting event. In order to receive said date you must follow the instructions listed in the Ribbon Cutting Checklist that will be sent to you upon completion of this form. A representative from the Mayor's office will contact you to assist with coordinating the  event.

Please list the date you have chosen for your event and the time of the ribbon cutting segment. It is recommended a ceremony is scheduled no later than 6 p.m. If a date has not be chosen, please list dates and times during which the ribbon cutting event may be held. 
Please tell us about your business. Share information on what it's about, what services it provides, and any website information if applicable. Add brief talking points you would like announced during the event.
If it is decided that the ribbon cutting will be outdoors, have a backup plan for bad weather.
