The Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile offices will be providing services inside the Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center, 405 University Drive, on Thursday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. by appointment only.

• Original Class E license (includes learner’s license and out-of-state reciprocation) ($48)
  • Written/skills examinations are not conducted through the FLOW program.
• Renewals ($48 for Class E License, plus $7 per endorsement)
• Replacement license or identification cards services include address/name changes ($25)
• ID cards ($25)
• Original/renewal commercial driver's license ($75, plus $7 per endorsement)
• Reinstatements (fees vary)
• Emergency contact information registration (free)
• Vehicle registration renewals (fees vary)
• Disabled parking placard issuance and renewals (Permanent: $0 | Temporary: $15)
• Add special designation (Veterans, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Developmentally Disabled or FWC)
