Coral Gables Cultural Grants Webinar 

The City of Coral Gables invites nonprofit 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and eligible cultural organizations to attend a Cultural Grants Webinar/Public Meeting. The webinar will be for the purpose of providing updates and explaining the City of Coral Gables Cultural Grant process for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.

Time: Thursday, March 20, 2025, 2 p.m. Eastern Time (US and Canada) 

The workshop will be held via Zoom. If joining by phone, find your local number. Upon entering the meeting update Participant Name to Organization Name, followed by Name.

Attendance is mandatory for all grant applicants. 

Organizations must have staff, board member, or volunteer representation present throughout the meeting. It is the organization's responsibility to sign-in to ensure that this requirement is met. Organizations failing to be in attendance, and recorded as such, will automatically be disqualified from consideration for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Cultural Grant funding. 

If you are unable to attend on the date of the webinar, a link to the recording will be included on the web page noted below along with a certification document that must be completed and submitted prior to the eligibility deadline and in compliance with eligibility. 

Applications and guidelines will be reviewed at the meeting and available after on the city’s website. 

Updates categories will be presented. 

Topics will include eligibility, required documents, allowable grant expenditures, evaluation criteria, agreement terms, updates, and the on-line grant application process.

Deadline for eligibility to submit is Friday, March 28, 2025, 5 p.m. EST
