New Location
Effective February 20, 2024, the Billing and Collections Division of the Finance Department has moved to a new location.
We are now located at 338 Minorca Ave, 1st Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Our office phone numbers remain the same.
- Opening times: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Cashier opens: 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
About Collections Division
The Collections Division is responsible for the investing of the city’s surplus funds, billing, collection and processing of all taxes and fees (business taxes, special assessments, garbage and trash removal fees, alarm service charges, lease payments).
