The City of Coral Gables, in conjunction with Gridics, LLC, has launched a comprehensive zoning code and map platform. The applications within the platform include the City’s Zoning Code, an interactive 3D Zoning Map and a Parcel Zoning Check to look up zoning and property data. The new tool:

• Allows users to bookmark, highlight, and use notation features in the City’s digitalized Zoning Code which can now be updated with adopted changes in real-time;
• Enables a 3D interactive map that combines zoning district designations, future land use classifications, and a wide range of other data layers for a more comprehensive understanding of the city; and 
• Provides general parcel information and zoning regulations throughout the City of Coral Gables.
