Pop-up Program Overview

The City of Coral Gables is accepting applications for its retail space located at 290 Miracle Mile. The Pop-up Program is designed to enhance the vibrancy of Downtown Coral Gables by introducing a fresh, new concept to the retail offerings on Miracle Mile. The operator would leverage this prime location to establish their brand and build a customer base. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. April 30, 2025

Terms of Pop-Up Program

  • 6-month term, with 6-month option to renew, at the city’s discretion.
  • Security Deposit: First month’s base rent plus two months base rent as security.
  • Monthly Rent: $2,000 (Approx. $28.24 PSF)
    • Estimated 3% sales tax on rent
    • Utilities included: Electricity, water, HVAC, maintenance

  • Required to adhere to City of Coral Gables signage policy and put up a storefront sign
  • Required hours of operation 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Saturday; 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday
  • Required to participate in city and Chamber of Commerce sponsored events and activities as appropriate
  • Required to comply with insurance requirements, per City of Coral Gables Risk Management Department.
  • Space will be provided in as is condition, the space must be returned in like condition
  • Additional terms as required by lease agreement.
