Parking Permits

The City of Coral Gables offers parking permits at all four municipal Garages and various municipal Lots around the City. Permits are sold on a monthly, bi-monthly (within same quarter) or quarterly cycle. Permits are valid from the 1st to the last day of the month and are valid for use 24 hours per day, 7 days a week*. All existing permits must be renewed by the 1st calendar day of the month to avoid deactivation or loss of space.
