All monthly permits must be renewed by the 5th calendar day of the month. Should the 5th day of the month fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the final renewal day will be the prior Friday.

Any permits not renewed by the 5th calendar day of the month may be reassigned. Please call the Parking Department at 305-460-5540 if you have any questions regarding this policy.
